From Inspiration to Vision

My fascination with fashion blossomed during visits to my brother and sister in the bustling streets of New York City, where every corner whispered a different style story. The city's diverse styles became my inspiration, and with each visit, I found myself captivated by the unique fashion statements echoing through its boroughs.

Accompanied by my daughters, Mikaela and Raelynn, these annual trips became cherished family traditions. Mikaela, with her striking features, eventually embraced the runway herself. A chance encounter on the streets of NYC led her to international modeling success, gracing runways from NYC to Tokyo. 

My younger daughter, Raelynn, embarked on a different journey, one of self-discovery. Exploring various paths in college, she found her calling in helping others.This revelation resonated with my 26-year commitment to the human service field, particularly in early education and Head Start programs. I've always believed in the power of making a difference in people's lives. Raelynn's journey only solidified our shared commitment to compassion and service.

My journey, weaving through the worlds of education and fashion, led to the creation of Beauty In Simplicity Boutique. Born from my love for affordable, versatile clothing and my desire to empower individuals through style.  Beauty In Simplicity is a manifestation of my vision—to provide not just clothes but a canvas for self-expression.

To my daughters, Mikaela and Raelynn, this journey is a testament to the strength and independence I hope you both continue to embody. May Beauty in Simplicity inspire you and others to embrace their uniqueness, just as every piece of clothing does.
